This is Joe. "Ain't nobody taken my picture in over twenty years, man." After thinking about this for a minute, it made me sad. In these days of instant and social media, most of us have our photo taken constantly. (How many times have we been tagged on Facebook this week alone?) Something as simple as a photo is taken for granted...

Twenty years since someone took his photo. Just think about that for a second. He told me he had seen other people taking photos with, "those fancy digital cameras", but had never seen one up close (when I showed him his shot on the LCD screen). There was something very sad - almost painful - in his eyes when he saw his shots on the screen. "Look what time's done to me." A photo reveals more than a mirror can at times, I suppose. Here's another shot of Joe, if you're interested. Philadelphia, PA.
