Wanted to do something different for her portrait, and asked to take herself out of her comfort zone. Allowing vulnerability and overcoming it is easier said than done, yo. There's obviously a back-story to this all, but all I'll say is that although it's a simple shot, I'm very proud of how this turned out (unlike most of my work).
